Practicing Critical reflection to understand how we ourselves, our institution and profession perpetuate oppression to better understand what liberation could look like
Developing a critical analysis of the currents underlying disparities grounded in the social sciences
Highlighting the work of community members who are doing liberatory work
Defining what a liberated health system would look like and applying these ideals to our clinic
Encouraging residents to work actively with community members and practice listening and facilitation skills
