The PCSIM curriculum is a multifaceted three year experience that aims to provide our residents with the knowledge and skills that they will need to practice clinically excellent and socially conscious care.

The environments of learning include classroom, traditional clinical spaces, unique clinical experiences and experiences in the Bronx community.

In all learning, we seek not only to sharpen the traditional domains of Internal Medicine graduate education (such as medical knowledge and systems based practice) but also to explore structural and social factors that influence health and well-being.
